Condition 4 states: No development shall commence, until a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of Planning Policy Statement 15 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any part of the development. Reason: To ensure adequate measures will be put in place so as to effectively mitigate against any flood.
