Discharge of condition no 10 of LA08/2021/0926/F with states: No development shall commence on site until a Final Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) is submitted to and agreed by the Council. This CEMP shall include but not be restricted to:- a) Construction methodology and timings of works; b) Pollution Prevention Plan; including suitable buffers between the location of all construction works, storage of excavated spoil and construction materials, any refuelling, storage of oil/fuel, concrete mixing and washing areas and any watercourses or surface drains present on or adjacent to the site; c) Site Drainage Management Plan; including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), foul water disposal and silt management measures; d) Water Quality Monitoring Plan; e) Environmental Emergency Plan; f) If appointed, details of the appointment of an Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) and their roles and responsibilities.
