Description
Discharge of condition 3 of LA08/2023/2261/RM (Condition 7 of LA08/2020/0283/O) which reads: Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, an Environmental Site Assessment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The Environmental Site Assessment shall include, but not be restricted to: i. Additional groundwater data for all contaminates of concern (CoCs) associated with on-site and adjacent historic activities. ii. A conceptual site model (CSM) supported by surveyed groundwater map(s). iii. Revised hydrogeological risk assessment using current assessment criteria fully informed by the CSM and the additional groundwater information. Reason: Protection of environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use.
