Description

Discharge of condition 4 and 9 of LA08/2023/2261/RM (Condition 8 and 13 of LA08/2020/0283/O), which read: Condition 4: Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, a remediation strategy shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The remediation strategy, shall include, but not be restricted to: i. Confirmation of all unacceptable risks to environmental receptors identified under condition 7 above ii. A detailed remediation strategy for the management of all unacceptable risks to environment receptors identified. The revised remediation strategy should present the remediation objectives and criteria and the measures proposed to mitigate them (including maps/ plans showing the remediation design, implementation plan and detailing the timetable of work). iii. The groundwater monitoring network and programme to provide groundwater quality data from across the site pre-, during and post development works Reason: Protection of environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use. Condtion 9: The development hereby permitted shall not commence until a detailed remedial scheme to bring the site to a condition suitable for the intended use, is submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. The scheme shall include what works will be undertaken, proposed clean-up criteria, timetable of works and site management procedures. Reason: For the protection of the health of future occupiers of the proposed development
