Discharge of condition 5 of LA08/2023/2261/RM (Condition 9 of LA08/2020/0283/O), which reads: Should piling be required as the foundation solution for the development, a piling risk assessment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, prior to the development being commenced. This assessment shall include the site data generated under Conditions 3 and 4 and shall refer to the guidance provided in the Environment Agency (2001) document, 'Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention', reference NC/99/73.
