Discharge of Conditions 3 and 4 of approval LA08/2021/0905/F which reads: 3. Within twenty four hours prior to demolition, the existing buildings on the site shall be checked for bat presence by a competent ecologist and all demolition works shall be monitored by a competent ecologist. A report of the demolition shall be submitted to the Planning Authority within 2 weeks. Please note any internal inspection of a building with bat roosting potential must be completed under licence. Reason: To ensure protection to bats and their roosts. 4. No works shall be carried out on the existing buildings on the site until a NIEA Wildlife Licence has been obtained and evidence of this has been provided to the Planning Authority in writing. Reason: To minimise the impact of the proposal on bats.
