Description

Proposed Discharge of Condition no.16 of Planning Approval Ref.LA08/2019/1419/F, which states: Within twenty-four hours prior to demolition, all the existing buildings on the site shall be checked for bat presence by a competent ecologist and all demolition works shall be monitored by a competent ecologist. A report of the demolition works, completed by a competent ecologist, shall be submitted to the Planning Authority within 2 weeks of the demolition being commenced.
