Description

Discharge of conditions 2, 3 and 9 of planning approval LA08/2016/1445/F, which read: Condition 2 - No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Council a landscaping scheme for the southern boundary of the site including details of the trees and vegetation to be retained. Any retained tree or shrub which dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged within five years shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species and planted in the same location unless the council gives written consent to any variation. Condition 3 - A scheme of buffer planting and a programme of works, for all boundaries of the application site including details of trees and vegetation to be retained, shall be submitted to the Council for approval within 8 weeks of the date of this decision. All tree and shrub planting shall be carried out in accordance with those details covered at condition 4. Any trees or shrubs which die are removed or becoming seriously damaged within 5 years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species and planted at the same location unless the Council gives written consent to any variation. Condition 9 - No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Council details of an acoustic barrier along the north western, western and southern boudaries of the application site. The approved barrier shall be erected and retained in perpetuity prior to the opening of the crèche hereby approved. Reason: To ensure the proposed development does not compromise the comprehensive development of the remainder of the zoning and to safeguard the amenity of the surrounding area.
