Description

Discharge of Condition No. 2 of Application No: LA08/2019/0972/F which states: A Construction Method Statement shall be submitted to and agreed by the Council prior to the commencement of any works on site. This shall identify the perceived risks to the watercourse within the development site, potential pollution pathways and mitigation measures to negate such risks. The approved mitigation measures shall be implemented prior to any construction work commencing. Reason: To protect the integrity of the aquatic environment and surrounding priority habitat.
