Discharge of Condition 17 of approval LA08/2017/0912/F which reads: No development shall take place until details of the arrangements that will be put in place to ensure that access will be provided in perpetuity to all areas for parking, servicing and circulating within the site as referred to condition 16 above and as detailed on drawing No 02B, including details of a legal agreement, between the prospective owners and the owner/occupier of the No 4 Banbridge Road, have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The approved details shall thereafter be implemented. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory means of parking and circulation within the site.
