Description

Discharge of condition 7 of LA08/2020/0240/F which reads: A final Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of any works herein granted, and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. This shall include all the mitigation and avoidance measures to be employed as detailed in the Outline Construction Environment Management Plan (oCEMP) dated 18th February 2020. Reason: To ensure effective avoidance and mitigation measures for the protection of the environment.
