Discharge of Condition number 3 of LA08/2021/1015/F Summary of condition requirements: The open space, amenity areas, hard and soft landscaping works shall be managed and maintained as indicated within the Landscape Management Plan dated 15th March 2022. Details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS 2 of PPS 8, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to occupation of the first dwelling.
