Description

Proposed Discharge of Conditions No 2 and No 3 of Planning Approval LA08/2021/1623/F. Condition No. 2 states "Prior to the commencement of any of the approved development on site, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 must be submitted to the Planning Authority for its consideration and approval. Condition No. 3 states "The pavilion hereby permitted shall not commence, beyond sub-floor construction, until a final surface water solution has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The assessment shall include details of how surface water shall be managed at the site and the approved details shall thereafter be implemented to the satisfaction of the Council.
