Description

Discharge of condition 10 of planning approval LA08/2018/0352 No development shall take place until a landscape plan showing full details of all proposed tree and shrub planting along the north west boundary have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in the first available planting season after the occupation of the first poultry unit hereby permitted or in accordance with a programme to be agreed with the Planning Authority. Trees or shrubs dying, removed or becoming seriously damaged within 5 years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
