Condition No. 13 states: The open space, amenity areas, hard and soft landscaping works as indicated on the stamped approved Drawing Number 02C date stamped as received on 24th January 2020 shall be managed and maintained in accordance with the Landscape Management Plan date received 16th October 2019. Any changes or alterations to the approved landscape management arrangements shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council prior to these changes taking place. Details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS 2 of PPS 8, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to occupation of the first dwelling. Reason: To ensure successful establishment and ongoing management and maintenance (in perpetuity) of the open space, amenity areas and hard and soft landscaping works in the interests of visual and residential amenity
