Discharge of Condition 3 of planning approval LA08/2021/1172/F which reads: No works including demolishing shall be carried out on the building coloured green on drawing 01 date stamped 30th July 2021 with a known bat roost until a NIEA Wildlife Licence has been obtained and evidence of this has been provided to the Planning Authority in writing, and the Planning Authority have confirmed in writing that they are content for works to commence. Reason: To minimise the impact of the proposal on bats.
