Discharge of condition 3 of planning approval LA08/2021/0340/F The open space, amenity areas, hard and soft landscaping works shall be managed and maintained as indicated within the Landscaping Specification planting maintenance and management schedule on drawing No 02B dated 13th October 2022 and the Maintenance and Management Plan for planted and Grassed Areas Phase 4 dated 2nd March 2021. Any changes or alterations to the approved landscape management arrangements shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council prior to these changes taking place. Details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS 2 of PPS 8, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to occupation of the first dwelling.
