Description

Proposed discharge of condition 25 of LA08/2018/1445/F; condition 25 states: "An Operational Environment Management Plan (OEMP) shall be submitted in writing and approved by the Council prior to the commencement of any operations herein granted and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. This shall include as a minimum the mitigation and environmental protection measures to be employed as identified and assessed in the ES and addendum. The OEMP shall be in broad conformity with the principles set out in the ES and addendum"
