Proposed Discharge of Conditions 6, 7 and 10 on Planning Application LA08/2022/0895/F Condition 6 states – Prior to discharge to Killuney Drain, surface water generated during construction and operation phases of the development must first pass through appropriate treatment, such as sediment traps and hydrocarbon interceptors Condition 7 states - A suitable buffer at least 10m must be maintained between the location of all construction works including refuelling, storage of oil / fuel, concrete mixing and washing areas, storage of machinery / material / spoil etc. and the Killuney Drain Condition 10 states - All drainage systems shall be provided as designed, detailed and specified in the Flood Risk and drainage assessment dated June 2018 and on drawing no.13a dated 6th August 2018. The works shall be carried out prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, or in accordance with a programme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council
