Description

Proposed Discharge of Condition 2 of Planning Approval LA08/2021/1120/F. Condition 2 states: Prior to any development commencing on site a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of construction to ensure effective avoidance and mitigation methodologies have been planned for the protection of the water environment.
