Description

Discharge of Condition No. 10 of planning permission LA08/2016/0073/F which states: No development shall take place until details of how runoff from the site will be controlled and safely disposed of, supported by relevant correspondence from Rivers Agency and/or Northern Ireland Water, as detailed in the submitted Drainage Assessment, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority, and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any part of the development. Reason: To ensure adequate measures will be put in place so as to effectively mitigate against any flooding.
