Discharge Of Condition 13 Of Planning Approval LA08/2022/0001/F Prior to the commencement of any works, a final drainage assessment, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the council. The assessment shall include details of how drainage and flood risk (including out of sewer flooding) shall be managed at the site and the approved details shall thereafter be implemented to the satisfaction of the Council.
