Proposed Discharge of Condition 19 on application LA08/2015/0071/F. Condition 19 states - Notwithstanding Part 5 Class A of The Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, no development shall take place including site clearance and site preparation until a construction management plan and statement has been submitted to and been approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The approved plan and statement shall be adhered to throughout the construction period.
