Section 54 application to vary Condition 4 and removal of Condition 5 of the Outline Planning Permission for a Site for erection of a dwelling on a farm, garage and associated site works Ref LA08/2020/0873/O. Condition 5 refers to the depth of the underbuild which shall not exceed 0.3 metres at any point. This condition shall be removed. Condition 4 as approved reads: The proposed dwelling shall have a single storey form and a ridge height of less than 5.5 metres above finished floor level. Vary condition 4 to read: The proposed dwelling shall be split level with a ridge height of less than 6.5 metres facing the road and 7.4 metres to the rear above finished floor level.
