Discharge of Condition 2 on application reference LA08/2020/0171/F. Condition 2: The demolition works hereby approved shall not commence until a schedule of works for the demolition of the existing building through to completion of the redevelopment scheme have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The works shall be implemented as per the timescale set out in the agreed schedule. Reason: To ensure vacant sites awaiting redevelopment do not mar the Area of Townscape Character.
