This is to all aspects: ground floor level, first floor level and ridge line. The reason for change to approved inished floor level is siting is too high / inappropriately in site context. Ground conditions favor lower position. Due to the change in finished floor level, appropriate adjustments have been made to maintain a access route to parking position.
