Description

Non material amendment to planning permission 19/02555/PP (Erection of distillery with associated maltings and vaulted maturation warehouse, visitor's centre with shop, restaurant and meeting facilities, tasting lodge and associated infrastructure including: sewage treatment plant and pumping station, new junction, access roads, car parking, tankfarms, SuDS pond, reservoir and sea water intake). The stillhouse has increased by moving east by 3m. The Boiler House size has doubled as other functions added to this. The Maltings length increase by around 8m and the Kiln area increase, and this has resulted in a 2 Pagoda design to fit the area rather than the 1 as per planning. The Filling store has increase in length to mirror the malting increase in length. The central courtyard has been infilled with a roof to give an internal function space. Entrance porch area added to Office, Visitor area. Some variations on window , door locations.
