Description

Phased construction of a new school building and sports hall, with associated infrastructure incorporating the following components: phased demolition of existing buildings, in-curtilage car/bus parking and circulation and access arrangements, provision of 3 No. playing fields, provision of 4 No. tennis courts, culverting of watercourse, electricity/waste/service infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping works, boundary treatments, drainage works and other associated site works - Variation of Condition 2 of planning approval LA06/2019/1207/F from “The vehicular access, including visibility splays and any forward sight distance, shall be provided in accordance with the Proposed Site Layout Plan, Drawing No.04a bearing the stamp dated 9th June 2020 prior to the commencement of any other development hereby permitted.
