Description

Demolition and replacement of Ballyholme Yacht Club clubhouse and boathouse, reconfiguration of boat parking, provision of landscaped courtyard and amenity space, relocation of vehicular and pedestrian access, resurfacing and widening of the existing Main Slipway, closure and infilling the existing North Slipway to create new hardstanding area, installation of a rock armor revetment to the northern (full extent) and eastern wall (partial extent) of the North Boatyard, demolition of the existing finger jetty and reconstruction of a new wider reinforced concrete jetty, construction of a new slipway adjacent to the finger jetty, concrete repair works to wave walls, repair and refacing to the South Boatyard wall and minor concrete refacing throughout the Club premises and other ancillary works
