Description

Discharge of Condition 2 of previously approved application LA06/2025/0141/F which states - A Construction Environmental Management Plan will be prepared for the project which will identify the perceived risks to the aquatic environment, potential pollution pathways and detail the mitigation measures which will be employed to negate the risk to the hydrologically linked aquatic environment. The CEMP must be submitted to council for approval prior to commencement of works hereby permitted. Reason: To protect priority and protected Habitats/species.
