Description

Discharge of Condition 16 of approval X/2012/0514/F Condition 16 of X/2012/0514/F - Monitoring reports shall be provided yearly to the Department on the anniversaryof the commencement of remediation operations, to include summaries of the leachate, gas, environmental monitoring data and stability/erosion observations and actions from the site over the previous 12 months, compared with the monitoring requirements in the Site Management Plan. The annual monitoring reports shall include details of the actions taken to maintain the site stability under the Stability, Erosion and Subsidence Monitoring and Management Action Plan. The annual monitoring reports shall continue to be submitted to the Department until such time that it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Department that the risks have been managed.
