Discharge of Condition 2 of previously approved application LA06/2025/0394/F which states:- Prior to operation of the restaurant hereby approved, full details and specifications of the extract ventilation and odour control system shall be submitted to the Council for approval in writing prior to installation. The extract ventilation and odour control system shall be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to operation of the restaurant hereby approved and shall be permanently retained thereafter. Reason: To ensure the occupiers of nearby residential premises are not adversely affected by noise or cooking odours.
