Description

Remove Condition No. 4 of LA06/2023/2249/F (Bridge and Culvert) which states "Prior to the commencement of development, a Final Drainage Assessment, compliant with Policy FLD 3 and Annex D of PPS 15, which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The drainage network shall be subsequently implemented as approved."
