Variation of Condition 8 of LA06/2016/ 0295/F from “The existing hedge as highlighted in BLUE on Drawing No. 3G, bearing the Council date stamp of 12 November 2018 shall be retained at a minimum height of 1.8m, to “The approved dwelling shall not be occupied unless the hedge as highlighted in BLUE on Drawing No 3G bearing the Council’s stamp of 12 November 2018 has been retained at a minimum height of 1.8m or alternative screening proposals have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council’.
