Area of site curtilage as previously approved under planning permission Ref X/2011/0661/F increased.) Condition Three changed from: “All hard and soft landscape works shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing No.01/C bearing the date stamp 8th May 2017 and the appropriate British Standard or other recognised Codes of Practice. The works shall be carried out in the first available planting season following occupation of the dwelling” Condition Three to now read as: “All hard and soft landscape works shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing No.01/C, received by Council on 23rd June 2025 and the appropriate British Standard or other recognised Codes of Practice. The works shall be carried out in the first available planting season following occupation of the dwelling” Reason: To ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape.
