01. Repositioning of flue. This is due to the repositioning of the fireplace within the house. The new position proposed matches the level of the permitted flue ensuring continuity of finish and character of the scheme within the spirit of the permitted scheme. 02. Window positions and sizes adjusted slightly due to set out of brick façade. Windows on North east façade non opening and obscured inline with condition 5 of the approval.
