Description

Discharge of condition 14 of Planning Approval LA06/2020/0579/F which states 'There shall be no external lighting on the site until a Lighting Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The approved Plan shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council. The Plan shall include the following: a)Specifications of lighting to be used across the site, including model of luminaires, location and height; b)All measures to mitigate for the impacts of artificial lighting on bats and other wildlife, e.g. timing of lighting, use of low-level lighting, screens, hoods, cowls etc. c)A horizontal illuminance contour plan (isolux drawing) showing predicted light spillage across the site; d)Mature trees, wooded areas and important wildlife habitat features to be kept free from any artificial lighting.'
