Description

Discharge of Condition 6 - Plots 19 to 28 & 42 to 51of previously approved application LA06/2024/0066/F which states:- All remedial measures as detailed in Cove Environmental Consulting Ltd Report “Revised Remedial Design Report” dated November 2022 shall be fully implemented and a verification report shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council prior to the occupation of any part of the development. The verification report shall be completed by competent persons in accordance with the Land Contamination: Risk Management (LCRM) Guidance. The verification report shall present all the remediation and monitoring works undertaken and demonstrate the effectiveness of the works in managing all the risks and achieving the remedial objectives. Reason: Protection of environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use. And Discharge of Condiiton 8 - Plots 19 to 28 & 42 to 51 which states:- A Verification Report shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, prior to the occupation of the proposed development. This report shall demonstrate the remediation measures outlined in the report entitled “Revised Remedial Design Report” dated November 2022. Reason: Protection of human health
