Description

Items subject of current NMC submission: Minor alterations to Site Layout including - Internal timber fence added to top of existing retaining wall (Western side of Site 9); amendment to fence and inclusion of maintenance access gate (to western side of Site 9, onto Ballymacruise Drive); Wildflower planting in lieu of lawn adjacent retaining wall (Western side of Site 9); Brushed concrete finish in lieu of concrete pavers; Path to western gable of Site 7 to be bitmac finish in lieu of concrete pavers. Items already approved under LA06/2024/0529/NMC: Removal of render bands around all windows of apartments, detached & semi-detached dwellings. Raise floor level of site 9 by 375mm and subsequent split ridge of semi-detached dwellings. Removal of chimney stacks from detached and semi-detached dwellings. Minor alteration to boundary treatments. Items already approved under LA06/2023/2512/NMC: Apartments: Slight re-organisation of internal floor plan layouts, narrowing of window opening to Bed 2 apts 1 & 4, raised sill & subsequent reduction to size of window opening to Bed 2 of apts 2 & 3. Detached & Semi-detached: slight re-organisation of internal floor plan layouts, removal of 2No ground floor gable windows (to WC & kitchen/dine), reduction in size of ground floor rear elevation window opening to provide separate french door to kitchen/dine & window to WC.
