Description

Discharge of condition 16 or previously approved application LA06/2017/1360/F which states:- The Development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until a Street Lighting scheme design has been submitted to and approved by the Council in consultation with DFI Roads Street Lighting Section. The Street Lighting scheme including provision of all plant and materials and installation of same, will be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of any part of the development hereby approved. LA06/2023/1680/DC was partially discharged on the 23 June 2023. This application is a request to fully discharge Condition Number 16. E-mail from DFI Roads to confirm they have visited the site and they are happy with the installation.
