Description

Discharge of Condition 9 of previously approved application LA06/2018/1355/F which states:- The Development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until a Street Lighting scheme design has been submitted to and approved by the Council in consultation with DFI Roads Street Lighting Section. The Street Lighting scheme including the provision of all plant and materials and installation of the same, will be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of any part of the development hereby approved. LA06/2023/1683/DC was partially discharged on the 23 June 2023. This application is to fully discharge Condition Number 9. E-mail from DFI Roads to confirm that they are happy with the Street Lighting installation.
