Description

Condition 3 of LA06/2020/0373/F - No development shall commence on site until the details of the position of any utility apparatus associated with the development, including foul and storm sewers, and a construction method statement for same in accordance with NJUG 4 Guidelines for the Planning, Installation and Maintenance of Utility Apparatus in Proximity to Trees, have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that construction is carried out without causing root damage to protected trees.
