Description

Discharge of Condition 4 of previously approved application LA06/2020/0373/F which states - No development shall commence on site until details of the planting methodology to include details of species, numbers, sizes, siting, and spacing of new trees as well as details of how the new shrub and grass planting is proposed within the root protection areas of trees to be retained have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details as approved - Planting methodology condition Discharge of Condition 5 of previously approved application LA06/2020/0373/F which states - No development shall commence on site until details of the methodology for the construction of the new driveway to include details on the areas of hardstanding and the materials as well as details of how the new driveway is proposed within the root protection areas of trees to be retained have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council.
