Discharge of Conditions 8 and 9 of Planning Approval LA06/2022/0873/F which state Condition 8 - "The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until a Street Lighting scheme design has been submitted and approved by the DFI Roads Street Lighting Section. Condition 9 "The Street Lighting scheme, including the provision of all plant and materials and installation of same, will be implemented as directed by the DFI Roads Street Lighting Section. (These works will be carried out entirely at the developer’s expense.)"
