Description

Discharge of condition 8 of Planning Approval LA06/2019/0574/f which states 'No dwelling shall be occupied until a Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council in writing. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules for all areas of landscaping. The landscape management plan shall be carried out as approved prior to the occupation of the last dwelling unit hereby approved.'
