Description

Discharge of Condition 9 of planning application reference LA06/2019/0568/RM - An updated Badger Management Plan must be submitted to and agreed in writing with Council prior to the commencement of any construction/development works, and must include details of updated surveys and implemented badger management/mitigation. The approved Badger Management Plan shall be adhered to and implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
