Discharge of condition 8 of previously approved application LA06/2020/0129/RM which states:- An updated Badger Management Plan must be submitted and agreed in writing with Council prior to the commencement of any construction/development works on each new phase or discrete parcel of development, and must include details of updated surveys and implemented badger management/mitigation. The approved Badger Management Plan shall be adhered to and implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
