Description

Discharge of Condition 3 of Planning Approval LA06/2019/1252/RM which states: A detailed saltmarsh creation and monitoring plan and timeline, including details of measures to restrict access to the adjacent saltmarsh and intertidal areas, shall be submitted to and approved shall be submitted to Council and approved in writing prior to works commencing. The approved measures shall be implemented before any dwellings are occupied.
