Description

Submission of Saltmarsh Creation & Monitoring Plan to Discharge Conditions 4 & 9 of Planning Reference: LA06/2020/0129/RM - Condition 4 of LA06/2020/0129/RM states: Details of measures to restrict access to the adjacent saltmarsh and intertidal areas shall be submitted to Council and approved in writing prior to works commencing. The approved measures shall be implemented before any dwellings are occupied. Reason: To ensure that there are no adverse impacts on the integrity of Strangford Lough SPA, SAC and Ramsar site. Condition 9 of LA06/2020/0129/RM states: Prior to works commencing, a detailed saltmarsh creation and monitoring plan and timeline shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The approved saltmarsh creation and monitoring plan shall be adhered to and implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To minimise the impact of the proposal on Strangford Lough SAC/ASSI.
