Description

Submission of Saltmarsh Creation & Monitoring Plan to Discharge Condition 3 of Planning Reference: LA06/2019/0568/RM which reads - Details of measures to restrict access to the adjacent saltmarsh and intertidal areas shall be submitted to Council and approved prior to works commencing. The approved measures shall be implemented before any dwellings are occupied. Reason: To ensure that there are no adverse impacts on the integrity of Strangford Lough SPA, SAC and Ramsar site.
